Responsible for providing: personal care and

                                           support services which include assisting clients with daily living activities

                                           planning preparing meals

                                           maintaining a clean and safe environment.

 

Qualifications: Must be 18 or older

                         Able to pass national background check

                         Have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance required

                         Caring, dependable and meet health requirements

                         Be able to work independently

                         Complete agency training
